Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of CoolDown Driving Assistant, provided by TUCKR89 LLC. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of the store through which you obtained it.

Driving responsibility

CoolDown is a driving-awareness and coaching utility. You remain solely responsible for safe vehicle operation, attention to road conditions, compliance with traffic laws, and deciding whether and when it is safe to interact with a device.

Do not read, configure, or operate CoolDown in a way that distracts you while driving. Use voice features and configure settings before driving whenever possible.

Not navigation or a legal speed-limit service

CoolDown does not provide turn-by-turn navigation, traffic routing, or authoritative road speed-limit data. User-configured thresholds are not legal speed limits. Always follow posted signs and applicable law.

Sensor and device limitations

GPS, device sensors, location accuracy, and text-to-speech availability vary by device and environment. Speed, distance, hard-braking estimates, GPS quality, and other calculated values may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Do not rely on CoolDown as a calibrated safety, enforcement, emergency, or vehicle-diagnostic system.

Subscriptions and trials

Premium features may require an active subscription or eligible store-managed trial. Purchase terms, price, currency, billing period, renewal terms, and trial eligibility are displayed by the applicable store at checkout and may vary by account or region.

On Android, subscription management and cancellation are handled through Google Play. Uninstalling CoolDown does not automatically cancel a store subscription. If an iOS edition is offered later, Apple App Store subscription terms and account controls will apply to purchases made there.

Local data

V1 stores trip history and settings locally. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the app, replacing a device, or changes to platform backup/restore may cause data loss or restoration. CoolDown does not guarantee permanent retention of local trip history.

Availability and changes

Features may change as the app evolves. Store services, GPS, TTS, subscriptions, device capabilities, and operating-system behavior are outside CoolDown's full control and may affect availability.

Warranty and liability

CoolDown is provided as an informational and coaching tool. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without guarantees that it will prevent collisions, violations, unsafe driving, data loss, or other outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
